I’m an in-person coach based in Milton Keynes. I take the hassle away from training so you can be the happiest version of you.

Having pushed my body too hard and too fast to earn a Circus degree, I know what it’s like to struggle with motivation, confidence, and getting started, to feel overwhelmed by choice and unsure where to begin.

That’s why I’ve created a simple, sustainable training system tailored to you where we strip back the unnecessary, build a plan and conquer your goals.
