1-1 Personal Training
Personalised fitness plans tailored to your needs, your timing and your goals.
With 1-1 Training we will be working together in person to get you closer to your fitness goals.

What to expect:
-
Sessions that are between 30 minutes and 2 hours long (depending on you and your goals).

A tailored plan for you for each of those sessions.
-
Accountability between classes to help you feel great about your progress.

Someone in your corner routing for you and your change.
-
Up to 5 sessions per week (1-2 is average).
-
Sessions with or without a hoop at either, Pure Gym Winterhill, AnyTime Fitness Hemel or over Zoom.
